He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hoffman and LaVonne Hoffman (Nauman); his sister-in-law Faye Hoffman; and his nephew Christopher Tauke. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Hoffman (Angela) and Brian Hoffman; his grandson Vincent Hoffman; and his siblings, Bob Hoffman, John Hoffman (Sue), Kathy Jeidy (John), Nancy Tauke (Fred Wallace), Bill Hoffman (Julie), Laura Barry (Brian), Andy Hoffman, Nick Hoffman (Carol) and Mark Hoffman (Jayne Kotecki). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
