He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed G. Deppe and Clara Deppe (Tebbe); his siblings, Cyril and Helen Hafeman (Leonard); his brothers-in-law, Ralph Manternach and Charles Wertzberger; and his nephew-in-law Kyle Friedow.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Mitchell Deppe of Joseph's Church; his children, Mark E. Deppe (Debra) of Almont, MI and Anne M. Manderfeld (Bernard); his grandchildren, Kaylin Deppe-Pacheco (Daniel), Peter Deppe (Terrah), Lauren Deppe, Amelia Manderfeld (Michael Larson) and Anthony Manderfeld; and his sisters-in-law, Rita Manternach and RoseMary Wertzberger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Stonehill Care Center, or Hospice of Dubuque.
