She is survived by: her mother Judith Kay Kelly Horkheimer of Dubuque; her husband Terry; her children, Brandy Phend of Dubuque, Brandon Horkheimer (Brittany Ann Childs) of Dubuque, Brittany Horkheimer of Dubuque, Dakota Thompson of Dubuque and Cameron Thompson of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Eiyanna, Kywren, Elyse, Arya, Lazarick "JoJo", Isabella, Willow, Abel and Letti; her father Paul Horkheimer; her siblings, Dawn Horkheimer of Dubuque and Darryl Horkheimer (Brenda) of Dubuque; and her mother-in-law Karen Thompson of Dubuque.
