He is survived by: his wife Laura Wielage; his children, Chad Wielage, Karen Freiburger (William Jr.) and Susan Waller (Drew); his grandchildren, Alex of Dubuque, Emma Freiburger of Dubuque, Samuel of Dubuque, Maxwell of Dubuque and Vivian Waller of Dubuque; and his siblings, Michael Wielage of Goshen, Virginia, Jill Dinnes of Davenport and Paul Wielage (Therese) of Des Moines. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
