He is survived by: his nieces, Becky, Toni and Tina; his children, Rachael King (Adam) of Dallas, TX, Heather Puckett-Heitz (Sean) of Blue Grass, IA, Jeremiah Wagner of Princeton, IL, Jamie Fransen of Granbury, TX, Zackariah of Epworth and Michael Puckett of Epworth; his grandchildren, Samantha Smith, Sidney King, Kaitlyn Puckett, Emily, Brandon Heitz, McKenna, Brett, Lillian, Michael Wagner and Damon Fransen; his sisters, Deborah Puckett-Reisdorf of Boscobel, WI and Elizabeth "Suzie" Puckett-Ostler of Gillette, WY; and his pets, Jack, Jill and Cappy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
