He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Krug and Stella Krug (Ruden); his daughter Cynthia Krug; his grandson Carson Krug; and his siblings, James Krug and Joan Krug.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Marie Huber of Dubuque, IA; his children, Rhonda Switzer (Todd) of Galena, IL, Ron Krug (Sue) of Asbury, IA and Jim Krug (Stacy) of Marion, IA; his grandchildren, Cody Krug (Danielle), Morgan Krug, Carter Krug, Chase Krug, Blaze Krug and Lexus Krug; and his sisters, Carol Kluesner (James) of Farley, IA, Donna Krug of Dubuque, IA and Vicki Krug of Dubuque, IA.
Due to COVID 19 concerns the family requests that all who attend please wear a mask and socially distance.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
