With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delores Muntz of Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on December 14, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Tarnutzer and Lucille Tarnutzer (Schmitt); her husband Richard Muntz; her children, Dawn Muntz Drish, Randy Muntz and Nancy Muntz; her brother Don Tarnutzer; her parents-in-law, Arnold and Maude Muntz; her son-in-law Thomas Gibson; and her siblings-in-law, Bud Muntz, Grace Sanders, Irene Goetzinger and Jannan Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Gibson (John Lerdal), Laurie Nemmers (Randy) and Steve Muntz (Lisa); her son-in-law Dennis Drish (Esther); her grandchildren, Shayne, Misty, Codi, Leigh, Eric, Maria, Sarah (Sam) and Nick; her great grandchildren, Anna, Katie, Emily, Madison, Jack, Luci, Stella, Charlie, Tyler, Logan, Riley, Oliver and Samantha (Sam); and her sisters, Rita Montgomery and Elaine Tarnutzer.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory (2659 John F Kennedy Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002).
