She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Harvey and Anna Harvey (Wagner); her husband Raymond Alva Allen; her son David; and her brother Lester L. Harvey.
She is survived by: her children, Dale R. Allen (Janet Wolff) and Donald R. Allen (Lori); her daughter-in-law Mary Allen; her grandchildren, Jeff Allen (Rachel), Kerry Rueter (Mike), James Allen (Lynn), Lisa Burleson, Stephanie Vyverberg (Jake), Courtney Allen and Sam Allen (Alex); and her friend Delain. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Holy Spirit Parish-Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Hospice of Dubuque, or Stonehill Communities.
