She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Heming and Lorraine Heming Sr. (Witt); her husband Ed Ruh; her sisters, Pat Freiburger (Don), Kay Splinter (Pete), Dot Hentges (Bob), Judy Hanson (Tom) and Sandy Heming; and her siblings-in-law, Aaron Fagan and Marie Ruh.
She is survived by: her son Joe Ruh; her grandchildren, Penelope, Olive and Holden; her brother Don Heming (Lynne Lippert) of Dubuque, IA; and her in-laws, John Ruh (Phyllis) of Marion, IA and Francine "Fran" Fagan of Dubuque, IA.
