He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Neuhaus and Norma Neuhaus (Kall); and his siblings, Dean Neuhaus and Diane Bailey Neuhaus. He is survived by: his wife Betty Welter; his children, Jess Sheppard (Patti), Nicki Neuhaus (Alicia Jasso), Ryan Neuhaus, Adam Smith (Brittany), Eric Smith (Doris) and Nikki Smith; and his siblings, Debbie Mandelka (Cary), Denise Roeder (Jim), Doris Marshall and Doug Neuhaus. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers a Dave Neuhaus memorial fund will be established.
