He is survived by: his close friend Penny Koehler of Dubuque; his siblings, Michael Hayes (Patricia) of Dubuque, Karen Kutsch of Dubuque, Lynn Dotterweich (Tom) of Dubuque and Jim Hayes of Dubuque; his sons, Gavin Glynn and Tony Ernst; and also Tyler Koehler (CeCe) of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
