He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond O. Weigert and Jessie Weigert (Jennings); his former wife Judith Weigert; his daughter Julie J. Weigert; and his grandson Gregory Mlady.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Eugene Edward Weigert (Mary) and Jonelle R. Mlady (Al Zweibohmer); his grandchildren, Christopher Weigert, Nicholas Weigert, Samantha Weigert, Fletcher Weigert, Bethany Schrage (Dylan) and Janel Ollendieck (Kyle); and his sister Jane Ann Bitting. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, five stepchildren, fifteen step-grandchildren, and eight step-great grandchildren.
