He is survived by: his wife Carrie Bandy; his brother Mitch Kelly (Julie); his mother-in-law Carol Bandy; his sister-in-law Julie Bandy; his aunts, Karen Payne and Mary King; his uncle Jim Ward (Ann); his nieces and nephews, Chelsea (Peter), Shawna (Nick), Reed, Cooper, Landon, Sawyer, Tony (Britney), Alison and Reagan; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryker, Dallas, Jonas, Lennon and Penelope; and his uncles, Billy Payne and Dick Kelly (Alice).
In lieu of flowers a Dan Kelly memorial fund will be established.
