He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Dolan (Straka); his children, Jason Dolan (Courtney) and Kayla Haskin (Derek); his grandchildren, Isabelle, Allie, Landon Dolan, Calvin, Carson and Collin Haskin; his siblings, Sandy Merritt, Denny Atkinson, Mary Ohl (Steve) and Mark Atkinson (Kathy); his siblings-in-law, Debbie Frank (Paul), Jerry Straka and Karla Straka; and his extended family, Marsha Dolan, Paul Dolan (Evie), Colleen Montag (Tony), Jim Dolan (Judi), Peggy Schultz, JoAnn Ridenour and Terry Dolan (Susie). He is also survived by friends, they are his honorary family.
In lieu of flowers, a Daniel R. Atkinson Memorial Fund has been established.
