She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Sisler and Joan M. Sisler (Dougherty); her sister Peggy Sisler; and her sisters-in-law, Char Sisler and Pam Sisler.
She is survived by: her siblings, William Sisler (family: Michie, Caitrin, Caraline Turner, William Jr., Declan, Alexis Sisler), Jeff Sisler (family: Dawn, Lexi, Max Streets, Destiny Sisler), Charles Sisler (Roxane, family: Nicholas Owen, Cameron, Mason, Jaxson Sisler, Brandon Sisler, Amanda, Mia, Kya, Kip, Koy Bergfeld) and Laura McNamer (Mike, family: Shannon, Colton, Lochlan, Caden, Bristol Yager, Shane, Audrey, Nolan McNamer, James Stackis).
A committal service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (10556 Military Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003).
In lieu of flowers, a Colleen Sisler Memorial has been established.
