He was predeceased by: his father Richard Woolf; his father-in-law Robert Welch; his brother Steve Woolf; his godfather DJ Jaeger; and his grandparents, Art, Clara Jaeger, Ed and Hazel Woolf.
He is survived by: his mother Carol Woolf (Jaeger); his wife Misty Woolf; his sisters, Michelle Becwar (Scott) and Vicky Fielding (Roger) of Spring Green, WI; his mother-in-law Donna Welch; and his goddaughter Josie Runde. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
