She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Schmidt and Cecilia Schmidt (Wolter); her husband Francis Hirsch; her daughters, Kathy Welty and Cecilia M. Hirsch; and her great grandchildren, Parker and Delaney Robbins.
She is survived by: her sibling Even; her children, Karen Hirsch of Dubuque, IA, Sue Schueller (Michael) of East Dubuque, IL, Judy Kines of Monahans, TX, Jayne Hirsch of Dubuque, IA, Rickie Hirsch (Jane Fishler) of East Dubuque, IL, Terry Hirsch of Dubuque, IA and Daniel Hirsch (Janet) of Dubuque, IA; her son-in-law Kevin Welty of Dubuque, IA.; and her siblings, Dr. Moore, Dr. Obink, Dr. Rodriguez, Dr. Noble and Paramount Ambulance. She is also survived by her family and friends.
