She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Manders and Bernice Manders-Frost (Speak); her stepson Timothy Dieters; her siblings, Kathleen Nelson (Ron), Kenneth Manders, Michael "Mickey" Manders, MaryLou Manders, Betty Ingles Miller (Jesse) and Thomas Frost; her in-laws, Kenneth Dieters (Edith), Maynard Dieters, Clifford Dieters, Eilene Weidenbacher and Merlin Dieters; and her great grandchild Ivy Hinrichsen.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Dieters; her children, Michelle Green (Joseph), Melissa McElmeel and Dale Jr. Dieters (Jessica); her grandchildren, Amanda LeFebvre (Jason), Casey Green (Randi), Courtney Gilligan (Adam), Kendra McElmeel, Dustin Rickels (Kelsey), Autumn Wersinger, Hillary Foster (Jude), Brittney Veach (Billy), Emily Schmidt (Jake), Kalie Garien (Tyler) and Elizabeth Dieters; her great grandchildren, Lillian, Holli, Karlli Green, Carter Smith, Milo, Rowan, Quinn Gilligan, Eliza Robledo, Paisley Van Horn, Milah, Axel Banowetz, Memphis Turonie, Willow, Archer, Caydence, Julian Foster, Maverick, Connor, Oaklynn Veach, McKinlee, Averi, Jameson, Emersyn Schmidt, Natalie Licht, Rhett Garien and Deliah; her great-step-grandchildrens, Willow, Jasmin and Kyro Ahrens; her sisters, Sheila Shireman (Jerry) and Mary Frost; her siblings-in-law, LeeAnn Frost and Ron Miller; and her in-laws, Ruth Motsch and Mary Ann Dieters.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Raphael Cathedral (231 Bluff St, Dubuque, IA 52001). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
