With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonita K. Pickel of Dubuque, Iowa, born in Tucson, Arizona, who passed away on December 14, 2020 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Berwanger and Wilma Berwanger (Garrett); and her siblings, Charles "Chuck" Berwanger and Sandy Woolridge. She is survived by: her children, Christy Lenaers (Jeremy) of Dubuque, IA and Chad Pickel (Chelsay Crenshaw) of Dubuque, IA; her grandsons, Alex Lenaers, Isaac Lenaers, Elijah Lenaers and Chad "C. J."; her former husband Randy Pickel (Diann) of Dubuque, IA; and her siblings, Mike Berwanger, Frank Berwanger (Julie), Deb Pinhollow (Dave), Kim Berwanger, Julie Ward, Mary Kearney, Gary Sires and Linda Smith.
Due to COVID-19 concerns the number of people inside the building will be limited, all who attend will be required to wear a face covering, and are asked to please maintain social distancing practices.
