She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kauzlick and Mary Kauzlick (Sheehan); her husband Donald L. Smith; and her son Rick Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Gonzales (Victor) of Arizona, Vickie Krajewski (Greg) of Arizona and Lori Bauer (Joe Deckert) of Dubuque; and her grandchildren, Kelly, Kim, Tess, Samuel, Eric, Ryan, Ashley, Joshua, Taylor and Tanner. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
