He is survived by: his wife Deborah Blair (Winne); his children, Anne Parmley (Dave) of Marion, IA, Kelli Decker (Ed) of Dubuque, Eric Blair (Emily) of Muscatine, IA and Mitch Blair (Lisa) of Cedar Falls, IA; his grandchildren, Jack, Lauren Parmley, Chyan, Elli, Peyton Decker, Spencer, Alex, Owen and Oliver Blair; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Jarrett, Thomas Winne (Nancy), Skip Winne (Shelley), Susan Powers (Jay) and Sherry Brown.
Memorials may be given to the Barrett "Barry" Blair Memorial Fund or Hospice of Dubuque.
