She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Rubel and Esther Rubel (Schroeder); her brother James Rubel; her parents-in-law, Melvin and Margaret Bies; and her sister-in-law Donna Dalsing.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Bies; her daughter Amy Steadman of Dubuque; her stepdaughter Melissa Green (Jason) of King George, Virginia; her grandchildren, Autumn Steadman (Brandon Kelly) and Jonathon Steadman; her stepgrandchildren, Matthew Green (Amanda) and Arianne Green; her brothers, Larry Rubel (Suzanne) and Dennis Rubel; and her parents-in-law, Larry Bies (Deb) of Bellevue, Jerome Bies (Carolyn) of Springbrook, Janet Casper (David) of Freeport, IL and Garry Dalsing of Platteville. She is also survived by numerous many nieces and nephews.
