She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Rankin and Mignonette Mildred Allen (Nickerson); her son Dennis Dean Meeker; her parents-in-law, Emery Fred and Elma Meeker Sr. (Stanzyk); her sister Arlene Nickol; and her siblings-in-law, Beth Meeker (Betty Meeker), Marvin Nickol and Harold Meeker.
She is survived by: her spouse Emery Fred Meeker Jr. Ardie; her sons, Paul Meeker and Robert Meeker; her granddaughter Arleta Meeker; and her sister-in-law Rosemary Nickol. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
The family requests in lieu of flowers or other gifts that memorials be given to St. Peter Lutheran Church and Hospice of Dubuque.
