She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Feller and Bertha Feller (Herberger); her husband John Rupp; her siblings, George Feller, Ed Feller and Kay Ashland; her granddaughter Allison Schiltz; and her son-in-law Loran Schiltz.
She is survived by: her children, Peg Cashman (Steve), Pam Avera (Steve) of Spencer, IN, Joe Rupp of St. Cloud, MN, Bob Rupp (Barb Siefker) of Blue Grass, IA, Don Rupp of Tracy, CA and Shelly Rupp of Sherwood, AK. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Holy Spirit Parish - Holy Trinity (1701 Rhomberg Ave, Dubuque, IA 52001). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
