Kress; her daughter-in-law Becky Welter; her great grandchild Miles Fitz; and her siblings-in-law, Frances Kress, Gene Lahey, Don Wolf, Alberta Roling (Alphonse), Lucille Theisen (Clarence), Kermit Mitchell (Olive), Germaine Kloser (Albert), Robert Boeckenstedt (Marcella), Charlie Rausch (Edna) and Bernice Welter.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph A. Welter; her children, Darlene Mauss (William) of Dubuque, Eugene Welter of Sherrill, Vernon Welter (Rose) of Sherrill, Tom Welter of Eagan, MN, Barb Schmitt (Steve) of Coralville and Joan Hoerner (Lee) of Epworth; her siblings, Dorothy Wolf of Dubuque, Paul Kress of Dubuque, Norbert Kress (Shirley) of Zwingle, Leo Kress (Betty) of Sherrill and James Kress (Janet) of Sherrill; and her sister-in-law Cindy Kress of Mud Lake. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren.
