He is survived by : his wife Kay Proctor; his children, Vonda Wehr (Jerry) of Shueyville, Sharol Fowler (Mark) of Bloomfield and Greg Proctor (Margie) of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Kelsi Simpson (Ryan), Kaitlin Roberts, Kylie La Rue (Cory), Colton Roberts, Austin Proctor and Zack Proctor; his great grandchildren, Scarlett Simpson, Sadie Simpson, Tavian, Otto and Brigham La Rue; and his siblings, Gene Proctor (Kathy) of Trafalgar and JoElla Cossel of Bloomfield.
