He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Neal; his daughter Kelly Neal (Jeremy Sloan) of Drakesville; his grandchildren, Codi Neal of Drakesville, Destiny Barker of Ottumwa and Mercedes Barker of Drakesville; and his great grandchild Legend Roberts-Neal.
