He was predeceased by: his parents, Chancey Frazier and Josephine Frazier (Parks); his wife Mary Thomas; his children, Jackie, Charles and Linda; and his siblings, Lillian, Alvin, Arnold, Everett and Del.
He is survived by: his children, James Frazier of Des Moines, Jeff Frazier of Waterloo, Mary Jo Frazier of Denison and Kenneth O'Shay of Washington. He is also survived by many grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
