She was predeceased by: her parents, David Laughlin and Mary Hootman Laughlin; and her brother James Laughlin. She is survived by: her husband Robert Witt of Douds, IA; her daughters, Marla Erickson (David) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Michelle "Shelley" Moyer (Joseph) of Burlington, IA; her grandchildren, Hilary Landis (Kevin) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Marshall Moyer (Clara) of Kansas City, MO and Madison Tucker (Taylor) of Boone, IA; her great grandchildren, Amelia, Laura and James Landis; her sister Julie Williams (Manuel) of Beaufort, SC; and her sister-in-law Mary Harwood (John) of Oskaloosa, IA. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
Memorial contributions in Norma's honor may be directed to Christ United Methodist Church-Douds or to the Douds Community Club.
