He is survived by: his sister Deb Holtzman (Joe) of Cedar Rapids; his niece Carrie Hernandez of Tampa, Florida; his nephews, John Holtzman (Kim) of Cedar Rapids and Jason Gilbert of Cedar Rapids; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma Hernandez, Paige and Kobe Bearbower.
