She was predeceased by: her parents, Beryl Stagers and Hazel Jones Stagers; her husband Rex Topping; her grandson Matthew Topping; and her siblings, Dorothy Louise, Dale and Jack Stagers.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Topping of Birmingham, Ronald Topping of Kearney and Cindy Lathrop of Durango, Colorado. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the Douds Fire Department and may be mailed to Dan Topping at 14795 Laurel Ave, Birmingham, Iowa 52535.
