She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Nielson and Nydia Strong Nielson; and her sister Lois Nielson. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Laurie Smith (Rick) of Douds, Iowa and Brian Stinson (Kathleen) of Seattle, Washington; and her grandchildren, Matthew Stinson of Seattle, Colin Smith of Fairfield, Cameron Smith of Boston and Caillen Smith of Stafford, Virginia. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
