She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. Hammond and Effie Adams Hammond; her husband Cyril Leonard; her daughter Shelia Carol Van Meter; her siblings, Mildred Lagerstorm, Donna Carlson, Carol Janice Hammond and Cleo Hammond (Sonny); and her half-brothers, Clarence and Earl.
She is survived by: her children, Brooke, Brad, Brock, Brady Dunkin, Sloane and Quincy Bayley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with great and great great nieces and nephews.
