It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norbert Lester Kruse of Dorchester, Iowa, who passed away on January 28, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kruse and Gladys Kruse (Dresselhaus); his brothers, Donald and Delton Kruse; his siblings-in-law, Maggie Kruse and Irvin Meyer; and his parents-in-law, Henry and Marguerite Larson (Gertrude).
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Esther Larson; his children, Debbie McConnell (Kelly Skoglund), Diane Weymiller (Gary), Doug (Shelly), Dennis (Tina Martin), Denise Rose (Pat), Darla Zahn (Steve), Dana Wiebke (Jason) and Dan (Suzanne); his sister Beverly Meyer; and his sister-in-law Belva Kruse. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
In consideration of Covid-19, a private family memorial service will be held at Martin-Grau Funeral Home in Waukon with Fr. John Moser officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
