He is survived by: his former wife Judith Vongroven; his wife Judy; his children, Kyle (Jennifer) of Waterloo, Chris (Stephanie) of New Albin and Katie Leusink (Ben) of Sioux Center, Iowa.; and his grandsons, Robert Ahles, Seth and Dominick Leusink.
