He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Johnson and Bernice Johnson (Timmer); his parents-in-law, Dick and Theo Keizer; his brothers, Marlin Johnson and Bernie Johnson; his brother-in-law Warren Harms; and his niece Lisa Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Keizer; his sons, Cody (Kelli) and Carl (Julie); his grandchildren, Caleb, Charlie, Brylie, Micah and Sawyer; his siblings, Mike Johnson (Linda), Larry Johnson (Cindy) and Paula Van Hill (Harlan); and his siblings-in-law, Jennie Johnson, Twila Harms, John Keizer (Sharon), Wanda Van't Hul (Kent) and Rose Van Engen (Randy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the Lyon County Conservation Foundation to be used for outdoor youth activities.
