He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Schroeder and Loretta Schroeder (LaVelle); his father-in-law Raymond; his daughters, Mary Virginia and Mary Loretta; his sister Mary; and his brothers-in-law, Herb Montgomery, Dick Boever and Daniel Schroeder.
He is survived by: his spouse Carine Schroeder; his children, Dave Schroeder (Jane) of Sioux City, Jay Schroeder of Rapid City and Julie Leitschuck (Tom); his brother Bob Schroeder (Vi) of Le Mars, Iowa; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Boever of Remsen, Iowa, Jerry Schroeder (Marian) of Lakeview and Loren Schroeder (Deb) of Colorado Springs. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
The family prefers memorials be directed to Special Olympics, Habitat For Humanity, or the charity of your choice.
