She was predeceased by: her parents, John Herman Rube and Vivian Brodsky Rube; her siblings, Dolores Maxine Rube Sanders, Delphia Mae Rube Leazer and Stanley Ellsworth Rube; and her husband Lyle Edward Stockton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julienne Claire (Mike Mitchell) and Janet Ellen; her brother Wayne Herman Rube of Primrose, IA; her sisters-in-law, Betty Jean Stockton of Blue Springs, MO, Tomoko Stockton of Pearl City, HI and Sharon Stockton of Owatonna, MN; her sons, Tom Miller (Janet Stockton-Miller), Edward Stockton (Karla Seyb-Stockton) and John (Kristi Stockton); and also, Gerry and Fritz. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren, and scores of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in her name at the American Heart Association.
