He is survived by: his former spouse Luretta "Sue" Spoor; his children, Richard "Rick" Wagner Jr. of Pinellas Park, Stacey Robinson (Ryan) of Montrose and Bryan Wagner of Fort Madison, Iowa; his siblings, Robert Wagner (Phyllis) of Donnellson, Beverly McGregor (Bill) of Fort Madison, Betty Sokolik of Fort Madison, Karen Huffman of Fort Madison, Nancy Cangus of Fort Madison, Steven "Toby" Wagner (Tracy) of Fort Madison, Cindy Hocker (Clint) of Fort Madison and LeRoy "Junior" Wagner (Angie) of Waukee, Iowa; his grandchildren, Katie Cale (Tyler), Trenton Hawk (Miranda), Branden Wagner (Julia), Gracie Wagner and Jessica Thompson (John); his stepgrandchildren, Ashton and Adelyn Robinson; and his great great grandchildren, Tessa, Teagan, Kenzi, Aniyah, Elise, Henley, Kaden and Leighton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, numerous nieces and nephews.
