He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Guy and Villa Gwendolyn Holt (Groves); and his siblings, Juanita Cullen and Buford "Doc" Holt. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Holt; his children, Leanna Bush (Frank) of Monticello, Missouri, Angela Luchik (Joe) of Carmel, Indiana, Lorraine Kuhljuergen (Ron) of Fort Madison, Iowa and Daniel Holt (Amy) of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; his grandchildren, Brendan, Derek, Steve, Jared, Jenna and Jaleesa; and his great grandchildren, Claire, Grace, Paige, Benjamin, James and Max. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
