She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kruse and Rose Ann Kruse (Jacobsmeier); and her spouse Jonn F. Kirchner. She is survived by: her sons, Tom Kirchner of Donnellson and Rob; and her sister Diane Lang (Larry) of Donnellson. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established in her memory for PAW Animal Shelter.
