He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Koller and Mable Koller (Denney); his grandparents, Susie and Ernest Koller; and his sister Judy Schlicher.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Menke; his children, Tina Conner (Brian), Tonya Hasleiet (Jonathan), Jimmie Koller (Lauren Switzer) and Daniel Koller (Argelia); his grandchildren, Kelsi (Keaton), Payton, Tyler, Cameron, Jeron, Taylor, Avery, Lydia, Khanon, Grayson and Joseph; his great grandchild Tripp James Loveall; and his siblings, Robert Koller (Patty) and Bette Muerhoff (Steve). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in his memory for the Zion Mennonite Cemetery, Fort Madison Community Hospital Home Health and Hospice, or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
