He is survived by: his former wife Kelly Gard (Tuttle); his children, Cordelia "Cory" Martin of Cedar Falls, IA, Ted Martin (Sandy) of Donnellson, IA, Chris Martin (Laura LaKose) of Newburg, MD and Jenna Cuddeback Coulter (Travis); his grandson James of Cedar Falls, IA; his sons, Bradi Grelk (David) of Burlington, IA, Blake, Riley Martin of Donnellson, IA, Remington LaKose of Rhode Island and Alex Martin (Kamilah) of Maryland; his granddaughter Presley Grelk of Burlington, IA; his aunt Kim Krogmeier (Jerry) of Donnellson, IA; and his uncle Randy Tuttle (Betty) of Fort Madison, IA.
A memorial has been established in Harlan's memory.
