She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Lowery and Eudell Lowery (Dixon); her son Jason Townsend; and her brothers, Royce Lowery, Oswald Lowery and Randall Lowery.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Woodley; her brother Joseph Lowery (Iris); and her stepchildren, Tracie Crawford (Don), Tammy Massey (Robert) and Robert Woodley (Augusta). She is also survived by four step-grandchildren; six step-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
