He was predeceased by: his father Victor A. Augustine; and his siblings, Charles Augustine and Lorraine Lepisko. He is survived by: his mother Eleanor M. Augustine (Boruch); his children, Karen Johnson of Donnellson, Iowa and David Augustine, Jr. of Austin, Texas; and his siblings, Donald Augustine, Kenneth Augustine, Susan Mohelntzky and Karen Davis. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
