Charles Gries Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2025, at the age of 82, Charles Gries of Donnellson, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Gries and Pearl Martz Gries; his wife Donna Ryan; and his grandchild Tristan Gries. He is survived by: his children, Richard Gries (Roxanne) of Hewitt, TX, Robert Gries (Jolene) of Muscatine, Rhonda Dusenberry (Doug) of Forsythe, MO and Cheryl Languell (Rodney) of Donnellson; and his siblings, Judy Bagley (Roger) of Trenton, MO, Rosy Griffin (Mike) of Princeton, Bill Heck (Peggy) of Princeton, MO and David Heck (Brenda) of Gillman City, MO. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mulford Church (2400 Hershey Ave, Muscatine, IA 52761).
