He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth A. Cleveland and Ruth Cleveland (Head); his wife Dorothy LeVera Bowyer; and his son-in-law Daryl. He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Seitz (Mick) of Donnellson and Brenda Seitz of Donnellson; his grandchildren, Douglas, Christopher, Kelly and Michael; his sister-in-law Charlotte McCollum; and his half-sister Carol Leibhart. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in his memory for the American Cancer Society.
