She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Ellison and Louise Coleman Ellison; and her husband Charles "Chuck" Wayne Kratzer. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Feilen (Kerry) of Alexandria, VA, Stacey Pennock (Chris) of Ft. Madison, Jerry Feilen (Dawn) of Keokuk, Corey Feilen (Jessica) of Kahoka, MO and Loni Hetrick-Strange (Wally) of Donnellson; and her sister Peggy Shivley. She is also survived by thirty-two grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
