She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Sisk and Estella Sisk (Sisk); her siblings, Charles Sisk, Alice Picton and Gene Sisk; and her son Ronald Forsythe Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Gregory Lang of Donnellson; her children, Pam Forsythe Kelso of Donnellson, Angie Pardall (Vince) of Donnellson, Joe Lang (Linette) of Fort Madison, Iowa and Jason Lang (Juliet) of Alabama; her siblings, Linnie Sisk (Hilda) of Davenport and Betty Carle (Mike) of Fort Madison; her grandchildren, Harley Damico, Derek Kelso (Cassie), Quentin Kelso, Kristine Forsythe, Nicole Forsythe, Richie Pardall (Jamie), Paige Martinson (Kyle), Phoenix Lang and Luna Lang; and her great grandchildren, Kegan, Gabriel, Sawyer, Lyra, Ezra and Nathaniel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to concerns of Covid, her family will not be present during the visitation.
