He is survived by: his parents, Clarence Whitesell and Doris Whitesell (Tharp); his spouses, Patricia DeSchinckel and Pat; his son Jeremy; his grandson Cameron of Dixon; his sister Ruth Whitesell of East Moline; and his friend Jim Hutchins of Davenport.
